THINGS TO REMEMBER DURING YOUR STAY:

1. PLEASE: Empty lint dryer after each use.
2. Park in driveways only. No motor homes or travel trailers permitted.
3. Do no touch pool valves or any type of equipment.
4. Energy conservation PLEASE. Turn off lights,fans tv etc.
5. Make sure AC is set to 78 or above.
6. Do not leave any trash bag out of the trash can. The animals will make a mess.
7. Garbage will be pick up on Scheduled days early in the morning.
8. Please check the skimmer basket daily. This will help your pool stay clean.

THINGS TO DO BEFORE YOU CHECK OUT:

1. Clean BBQ grill before checkout.
2. Remove the last night used sheets and place them on the laundry room floor.
3. Please wash all towels and washcloths, except for the last night.
4. (This is not a hotel, excessive laundry will be billed extra.)
5. Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn on.
6. Leave key under the mat at the front door.
7. Place All patio cushions, chairs, pool equiptment in a safe area (not on the dock or left at beach).
8. Make sure AC is turned up to 82 and all lights are off.
